“Once Upon a Time” star Emilie de Ravin has a scathing review of one American Airlines employee after she says the worker grabbed her at LAX.
The 32-year-old new mom, who welcomed daughter Vera in March, took to Twitter on Thursday to publicly ask for the employee’s dismissal.
“Dear @AmericanAir, I was grabbed forcefully, my carry-on bag ripped out of my hand @ lax this morning by AA employee A. 3 witnesses,” she tweeted. “By an @AmericanAir female employee… Please kindly dismiss this woman from @americanair employment.”
While expressing her displeasure with the employee in question, de Ravin seemed to have no issues with the rest of her experience flying the airline.
“Luckily our pilot was very kind and helpful & apologetic on woman’s behalf & assisted in getting her name & instructions on who to contact to report her,” she wrote. “However there is NO excuse 4 physical force being used on someone trying to take her breast pump carry-on. NOT OK.”
“Apart from this incident and DISGUSTING woman, thank you for a smooth and safe flight,” she added.
American Airlines is already on the case, according to a statement given to E! News.
“American Airlines is looking into the situation and apologizes to the customer for the inconvenience,” the airline said. “Passengers are allowed to have two carry-on items. A breast pump is considered a medical device and should’ve been allowed on the plane, which eventually it was.”
